GREENONE

The power of flax fiber!

Properties

  • Elasticity: the elasticity of the flax fiber allows our boards to absorb more vibrations and to throw you forward more easily
  • Lightness: boards 20% lighter
  • Resistance: flax is also called vegetable kevlar

Construction

  • 50% recycled polystyrene foam core
  • Wooden stiffener
  • Linen fiber fabric, grown and harvested in France, Oeko Tex certified
  • 56% plant-based resin

Who is it for?

  • For surfers looking for a construction "All Terrain" with a level of demanding performance
I find my GREENONE!

KORKO

The comfort of cork!

Properties

  • Grip: no wax needed, the cork is naturally non-slip
  • Robustness : a board more tolerant to small daily shocks, which can even be repaired easily and quickly by yourself (read the article)
  • Hydrophobic: the core of the board protects it from any ingress of water, allowing you to continue surfing serenely even if your board is damaged.

Construction

  • 25% recycled hydrophobic polystyrene foam core
  • Reinforcements in upcycled carbon fiber fabrics
  • Cork sheet harvested and processed in the Landes
  • 56% plant-based resin

Who is it for?

  • For those who want a board robust and resistant
  • For surfers beginners / intermediate beginners
I find my KORKO!

GREENFLEX / BLACKFLEX

The virtuosity of beech!
Now also available in "walnut" and carbon for the "black" side.

Properties

  • Nervousness: Under the pressure of your supports, the beech delivers an immediate vertical projection for a more explosive surf
  • Resistance: The solidity of the wood veneer helps protect the deck (top) of your board from dents caused by the pressure of the supports, and reduces the risk of it breaking in half.
  • Lightness: an additional gain in lightness

Construction

  • 50% recycled polystyrene foam core
  • Wooden stiffener (only on longboards and progressive boards)
  • FSC certified French beech or walnet (walnut) veneer
  • Thin layer of fiberglass
  • Upcycled carbon bottom in “walnut” version
  • 56% plant-based resin

Who is it for?

  • For intermediate to pro surfers looking for a great execution speed in maneuvers
  • For those who wish to favor a increased bridge strength and broken in half.
I find my GREENFLEX!

XPS

Reliability above all!

Properties

  • 100% waterproof: In the event of impacts or perforations, your board does not absorb water
  • Resistance: XPS is a 40% denser foam than EPS, making it a very reliable board for extreme travel conditions.

Construction

  • Up to 25% recycled XPS foam core
  • Wooden stiffener depending on the thickness of the models
  • Fiberglass construction
  • 56% plant-based resin

Who is it for?

  • For intermediate to pro surfers looking for a board capable of enduring the worst travel conditions
  • For those who don't want don't worry about water intakes in the event of shock.
I found my XPS board!

EPS

Durability and increased lightness!

Properties

  • Recycled and recyclable: recycled polystyrene has a better environmental impact than “classic” polyurethane boards
  • Resistance: epoxy resin is stronger than polyester resin, allowing better tolerance to small impacts
  • Lightness: polystyrene is lighter and requires less resin

Construction

  • 50% recycled polystyrene foam core
  • Wooden stiffener
  • Fiberglass construction
  • 56% plant-based resin

Who is it for?

  • For those who wish take a first step towards a more eco-designed material, without radical change
I found my EPS board!

R-CARBON

An eco-designed carbon board? It's possible ! Thanks to upcycling fabrics from the aeronautical industry.

Properties

  • Fluidity: The carbon reacts instantly to the demands of the supports and gives the impression of being one with the board.
  • Resistance: Carbon is strong and protects against dents in the deck of the boards.

Construction

  • Core made from 50% recycled expanded polystyrene foam
  • Shortboards and hybrids without battens, for increased fidelity to shape properties
  • Vacuum lamination of a layer of technical carbon 100% from aeronautical industry waste.
  • SICOMIN resin at 56% of plant origin and made in France.

Who is it for?

  • For surfers demanding and technical, wishing to make the most of their equipment
  • For practitioners of foil (in surf, wing and SUP), who want floats lightweight, robust, very rigid and reliable
