KORKO

The comfort of cork!

Manufacturing

  • Grip: no wax needed, the cork is naturally non-slip
  • Robustness : a board more tolerant to small daily shocks, which can even be repaired easily and quickly by yourself (read the article)
  • Hydrophobic: the core of the board protects it from any ingress of water, allowing you to continue surfing serenely even if your board is damaged.

  • 25% recycled hydrophobic polystyrene foam core
  • Carbon stiffener made in New Aquitaine
  • Linen fiber fabric, grown and harvested in France, Oeko Tex certified
  • Cork sheet harvested and processed in the Landes
  • 56% plant-based resin

GREENFLEX

The virtuosity of bamboo!

Manufacturing

  • Nervousness: Under the pressure of your supports, the bamboo delivers an immediate vertical projection for a more explosive surf
  • Resistance: The strength of the bamboo fiber helps protect the deck (top) of your board from wear and tear caused by the pressure of the supports, and reduce the risk of breakage in two
  • Lightness: an additional gain in lightness

EPS

Durability and increased lightness!

Manufacturing

  • Recycled and recyclable: recycled polystyrene has a better environmental impact than “classic” polyurethane boards
  • Resistance: epoxy resin is stronger than polyester resin, allowing better tolerance to small impacts
  • Lightness: polystyrene is lighter and requires less resin

R-CARBON

An eco-friendly carbon board? It's possible ! Thanks to upcycling fabrics from our partner AIRBUS.

Manufacturing

  • Fluidity: The carbon reacts instantly to the demands of the supports and gives the impression of being one with the board.
  • Resistance: the carbon is solid and protects against dents on the deck of the boards. In addition, for the core based on extruded polystyrene, the boards are 100% waterproof and cannot take on water.

Construction

  • 25% recycled extruded polystyrene foam core, or 50% recycled expanded polystyrene, depending on the program of each board model. 
  • Shortboards and hybrids without battens, for increased fidelity to shape properties
  • Vacuum stratification of a layer of technical carbon 100% from aeronautical industry waste (AIRBUS).
  • SICOMIN resin at 56% of plant origin and made in France.

  • For surfers demanding and technical, wishing to make the most of their equipment
  • For practitioners of foil (in surf, wing and SUP), who want floats light, robust, very rigid and extremely reliable (no water intake possible)
